Pricing
$49
per project
per month
One plan, with every feature in it, white-label included.
A project is one client engagement — their apps, the release cycles you run
for them, and the reports you send. Seats are unlimited and cost nothing:
your testers, and every person at your client who reads a report.
Every feature, on every project
There is no higher tier to be moved onto,
and nothing your client sees depends on what you pay. A tier that dimmed a
client's report would embarrass you in front of them — which is the opposite
of what white-label is for.
- White-label: each client's name, brand colours and own domain across the product and its reports
- A test catalogue per client product, importable from a features-and-cases spreadsheet
- A regression cycle per release, snapshotted into a per-platform matrix (web, iOS, Android, mobile web)
- Guided Run: a tester walks the cycle check by check
- Evidence on every result — screenshots and video, with who ran it and when
- Bugs filed into the client's Jira with steps, expected result, evidence and the cycle's fix version
- Retest cycles that re-run exactly what failed
- Execution history per test case across cycles
What it costs a real agency
Eight client projects, four testers, and
every stakeholder at every client who wants to read a report:
$392 a month.
Add a ninth project and it is $49 more. Add a
tester and it is nothing. Put twenty of your client's people on a report and
it is nothing.
Test management is usually licensed per
named user, which charges for everyone who needs to look — not just
the people running tests. That bill tracks your headcount and your clients'
headcount, and neither of those is what your agency is paid for. This one
tracks the thing you actually sell.
What counts as a project?
One client engagement: their app catalogue, the release cycles you run
against it, and the reports you send them. Run as many releases and as
many of their apps as you like inside it — that stays one project. Most
agencies run one per client.
What does a seat cost?
Nothing, in either direction. Your testers, your project managers, and
your client's own people all read and work without a licence between them
and the result. Growing the team never changes the bill.
What about white-label?
Included, and it is per client, not per project. Each client gets
their name, their brand colours and their own domain with its own
certificate — however many projects you run for them.
Still invitation-only
The price is settled; the pilot is not
automatic. We onboard agencies personally while the product is young, which
means your first catalogue gets set up with you rather than handed to you.
Most demos happen within a couple of days.
