What we collect

When you request a demo we collect what you type into the form: your name, work email and company, and — if you choose to fill them in — a phone number and how many clients you run.

We do not work anything else out about you. If you arrive through a tagged link or from another site, the demo form notes which channel brought you — a short label such as the name of the site the link was on, or the tag the link carried — and sends it with your request. That label names a channel, never you: no browsing history, no tracking across sites, nothing beyond the link you clicked.

Separately, and like every web server, ours keeps an access log: the IP address that made each request, the page asked for, and the time. That happens whether or not you fill in anything, and it is what lets us keep the service running and notice abuse. Asking for a demo is a request like any other, so it is written there too — but your name, email, company and phone number are masked out of that entry before it reaches the log. What stays is the address the request came from, the time, and the two details that name nobody: the client-count band and the link label.

Why we collect it

To contact you about the demo you asked for, and to understand which channels bring people here. We do not sell it, share it with advertisers, or use it for anything you did not ask for.

Where it goes

Nowhere. What you type is written to our own database on our own server and read there by us. It is not emailed onward, not sent to a CRM, not handed to an analytics service, and not passed to any other company — so no third party processes it and it does not leave the country to reach us.

How long we keep it

Until you ask us to delete it, or until it is clear the conversation has ended — whichever comes first.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to privacy@zelaqa.com and we will answer.

Cookies

This page runs no analytics and no advertising trackers, and nothing here follows you to other sites.

It does set one cookie: a session cookie the framework uses to carry the token that protects the demo form from being submitted by another site on your behalf. It holds no identity, expires when you close the browser, and is not used to track anything.
